Project Coordinator – Kuwait.
Our Client is looking for responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with the internal departments to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are accomplishing department objectives by meeting work and cost standards; providing work direction to staff.
Accomplishes the targeted job results by planning, monitoring designated staff
Appraising job results; conducting OJT; implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Develops schedules; assigns and monitors work; gathers the required resources; implements the mandated productivity standards; resolving operations problems where applicable.
Controls expenses by gathering and submitting mandated information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
Identify areas of raising efficiency and effectiveness and to improve performance, policies, and programs
Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Policy and Procedure Responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation of all organizational policies and procedures
Ensure the implementation of all regulatory and SLA protocols
Ensure commitment to all QHSE protocols and procedure as per organizational and official requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional Experience.
Advanced level of English is a Must.
Polish Driving License.
University Graduate - Business, Engineering or any equivalent degree.
Experience in PM Coordination (preferably from a contracting environment).
Willing to relocate.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
Time management skills.
