Mieszkanie ma 120 m² i artystyczną duszę, pełno obrazów, plakatów, roślin i różnych instalacji. Znajduje się na czwartym piętrze odrestaurowanej zabytkowej kamienicy z windą oraz piwnicą. Ma wysokie sufity, trzy jednoosobowe pokoje, długi przedpokój z ogromną szafą w zabudowie i mnóstwo miejsca do przechowywania, dwie osobne toalety, łazienkę z wanną oraz przestronną, 45-metrową wspólną kuchnię z salonem. Mamy zmywarkę! Mieszkanie jest ciepłe i suche, zimą pranie schnie w około półtora dnia, a właściciele są bardzo pomocni i zawsze gotowi rozwiązać każdy problem. Przez ostatnie pięć lat mieszkał z nami shiba inu, więc jest spora szansa, że właściciele zgodzą się również na kolejnego pieska, średniej wielkości i wychillowanego usposobienia.
Pokój, dostępny od początku września, ma 11 m², parkiet, rolety oraz okno z widokiem na cichy wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Można urządzić go całkowicie po swojemu albo dogadać się z obecnym lokatorem i odkupić jego meble.
Czynsz wynosi 1613 zł, do tego stałe 530 zł miesięcznie za media i internet. Przy podpisaniu umowy obowiązuje kaucja w wysokości jednomiesięcznego czynszu.
Jeśli chodzi o nas: pracujemy zdalnie albo hybrydowo, mówimy po polsku, włosku i angielsku, lubimy kiedy w domu jest czysto i pachnie kadzidłem, i nie robimy imprez na chacie, bo czasy Erasmusa mamy już dawno za sobą.
Najchętniej szukamy pracującej dziewczyny, ale najważniejsze jest dla nas znalezienie osoby, która będzie traktowała mieszkanie jak wspólną przestrzeń, o którą wspólnie dbamy – miejsce, w którym można odpocząć, wyciszyć się, posiedzieć i pogadać razem, i po prostu dobrze się czuć.

The location is unbeatable: we're at the beginning of Krowoderska Street, literally within walking distance of everything. It's just a 3-minute walk to the tram stop, 4 minutes to Planty, 5 minutes to Stary Kleparz, 7 minutes to the Academy of Fine Arts, 8 minutes to the Main Market Square (Rynek) with the Biedronka, and 10 minutes to Galeria Krakowska and the main railway station. Right next door you'll find Agrafka Cinema, and just around the corner there's the post office, Żabka, Rossmann, all kinds of shops, little bars, cafés... you name it.
The apartment is 120 m² and has an artistic soul, it's filled with paintings, posters, plants, and art installations. It's located on the fourth floor of a beautifully restored historic townhouse, with both a lift and a basement storage unit. The apartment features high ceilings, three single bedrooms, a long hallway with a huge built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage, two separate toilets, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious 45 m² shared kitchen/living area. We also have a dishwasher. The apartment is warm and dry, and in winter your laundry dries in about a day and a half. The landlords are responsive and always available to sort out any issues. Since we've shared the apartment with a Shiba Inu for the past five years, there's a good chance the landlords would be open to another dog, provided it's medium-sized and has a chilled-out temperament.
The room, available from the beginning of September, is 11 m² and overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. It has roller blinds and parquet flooring. You can furnish and decorate it however you like, or you can arrange with the current tenant to purchase his furniture.
The rent is 1,613 PLN, plus a fixed 530 PLN covering utilities and internet. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required when signing the lease.
As for us, we both work remotely or in a hybrid setup. We don't throw parties at home; our Erasmus days are long behind us. We like to keep the apartment clean and smelling of incense, and we speak Italian, Polish, and English.
We're preferably looking for another girl who's working, but what really matters is finding someone who sees the apartment as a shared space to care for, where you can relax, enjoy some peace and quiet, have a chat together, and simply feel at home.
