ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

* Manage and process technical orders and related customer enquiries

* Provide active support to sales teams to help meet volume and profitability goals

* Execute selected accounting tasks and ensure accurate equipment-to-vehicle configuration (Code Cutting)

* Collaborate with certified conversion suppliers on parts offers and technical clarifications

* Prepare quotations and oversee the order flow

* Develop and maintain reports for global sales management and delivery reliability

* Participate in process improvements and ensure margin compliance

* Occasionally travel for business purposes

WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:

* Several years of experience in sales or finance, ideally in planning, steering, demand or order management

* Fluency in English (spoken and written)

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Fast learner with a proactive and confident approach

* Ability to prioritize and perform well under time pressure

* Experience in project-based work

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

* Valid category B driving license
