ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Monthly reporting, forecasting and variance analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex)
- Preparation of performance summaries and management commentary
- Rolling forecasts, budgeting and long‑term financial planning
- Ad hoc analyses, scenario modelling and decision support
- Close collaboration with FP&A Manager and wider FP&A team
- Continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes

WYMAGANIA:

- Min. 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or reporting
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (certifications are a plus)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong Excel skills and SAP experience
- Analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Nice to have: FMCG/CPG experience, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), GAAP knowledge
